- New Enderman mob: die in water, drop diamonds.

- Totally new, fractal-based biome code includes 7 new biomes.

- Food no longer heals directly but indirectly. If above a certain point, heals about half a heart every 5 seconds.

Obviously subject to change. Hopefully the diamond drops do. Seems stupid.

The diamonds drop is only for pax not going to be in official release. Btw my source was IGN and official MC forums

One of the reasons I avoid the official forums because someone says something and suddenly 5 people down the line it turns into CONFIRMED FOR 1.8!
After 15mins of looking the only source I can find of it is:

Unless I've totally missed a better source, but how that went from a list of features to 'a few already in' to 'spiders deal poison DoT'....

well seeing as we not doing much how do u write in coulred txt on signs i saw u telling someone eailer but missed it

I hate to say it but I think I'm looking more forward to 1.8 than BF3...
