Yeah I just totally can't get MC to work :( it'll either just sit on Done Loading or go black screen. I've updated java/gfx drivers/restarted 400 times, deleted the .mc file 600 times/ tried it in every browser I can think of etc etc etc! boo :(
 
Someone has make ostriges at spawn :-/ Fly buggers :( Somone better get on and kill them before it becomes a bigger problem.


EDIT: Lag cleared and a few of use were able to get rid of them :D server will live for another day =P

are you useing the tekkit launcher?
currently it looks like the server may be down this morning.

Yeah the server is down atm :( Left my cobblestone generator on before I went to bed a few hours agow. If anyone is on ear my area could they turn it off as it could bulid up but it shouldn't really as I used the Rp tube.
 
Server should be back up.

Three issues I've identified:

1) Database partition getting over-filled by LogBlock. I've moved this to another partition with much more space and I'm working on reducing the amount of data that is left there by LogBlock or at least improving it's cleanup scripts.

2) Logs spammed with "BuildCraft: Error creating pipe type 0 (class=null)". It's to do with teleport pipes and is sortable but I'm waiting for comments from people that know more about BC than I do. Feel free to chime in. For now please can I ask that people try to minimise their use of BC Teleport Pipes as much as possible as there is a chance that we may need to disable or change stuff.

3) Something else that I've forgotten for now. Going to get a coffee and see if it jogs my memory.
 
If mods are going to be disabled feel free to get rid of Mo' Creatures these damn jellyfish are giving me no end of trouble whilst I build over water. :p

Nope just pure standard MC, trying to make it work for the first time.

I tried EVERYTHING I could find with google when I found a strange fix, make a new user account on windows and try with that, and it worked... :eek: Very odd :/

Every 10 minutes it runs to delete some entities (stray arrows, xp and a few other things). I guess I need to stop it spamming to console really.

Ideally I'd like to make it auto kill ostriches and delete piles of cobble on the ground but I need to update the version of the plugin to do that...I think.

the server is not basic MC anymore it is now tekkit
it is a mod server with a lot of mod upgrades.

Once again FT, thanks for all the work and time you put in keeping the server running so well.
This also applies at all the Admins who do a top notch job online, wether its keeping us all in line or helping us when needed.

Given that teleport pipes have a distance limit of about 200 blocks (and may removed from play in the future), are there any other methods of transporting oil over longer distances that don't involve an inv full of buckets and £££ worth of pipes?!

Also, is there a limit to the length of pipe that a pump will move liquid/oil through?
