currently we are stuck on waiting for bukkit
i am looking to see if i can get all the same plugins for a non bukkit setup
if i can then i will try an update to 1.8

the 1.8 version does how ever remove the need for some plugins
so that makes it a little easer at least.

Yes but then the DMCA takedown notice hit so you can't download it anymore... currently

Spigot on the other hand is back up.

A game type basically you start on a small island in the sky with a tree and a patch of dirt and have to expand/complete quests

Hey all, sorry not been very active.

been without internet for almost a month had fiber installed but there is an issue which keeps wallgardening my connection - should be fixed by the 20th.

Once I am back on I will sort with Yerth getting a new mod server up and running should be a lot less tedious with a 20Mb upload

On the plus side hopefully by that time we should be able to set up a 1.79 mod server. I'm pretty sure this will bring again a lot of new mods to the game and some great updates to existing.

Edit: Just had a look through what the mod pack includes, quite surprised its missing some quite popular mods like ARS Magica, Magical Crops and Mekanism

I noticed Botania and Buildcraft are now on later version numbers didn't look any further.

Considering it's been ~8 months since i have played I can't seem to find energy conduits whats now the norm for RF power transfer?

what are you collecting from the mounds?

They were AE2 meteors they contain chests that have circuit boards in them. All I was doing was gathering stuff kinda boring tbh ha ha.

Take a look at the mod in game called ender IO. Energy conduits are available in three tiers craft the basic tier and use that - it will automatically convert from RF to MJ but the AE system accepts RF anyway.

Won't be back till Saturday - just done a manual backup the server seems very stable so should be all good
