Well, I don't want to restart the server without:

a) most people wanting to do it, and
b) People being agreed on what settings to use for the next game

Personally, I'm fine with the speed as it was. Don't think making the map bigger will do much since space wasn't really a massive issue.

Maybe just a reset on the current settings then? It will be a bit easier this time, knowing more about the new vehicles

Personally i thought the speed was spot on. The lack of Maglev was a shame but other than that it seemed pretty good.

Happy with the speed and most of the mods in general, not been able to get on for the past week though due to work. Really didn't see the point in trams too unless they're not affected by street repairs.

Managed to connect to the server today. My internet was a superduper 2.0mbps been playing for a while.

although i don't mind a server reset or any rule changes.

Hi guys, sorry for the silence, been knuckling down for exams!

Will get the server reset tomorrow, everything else will be the same. Maybe for the next reset I'll look into changing options/GRFs, but for the moment I don't have the time to.

Are you familiar with configuring game servers in general? Ideally I'd like someone that has at least configured other servers as I don't have the time/knowledge of OpenTTD to do much more than give someone the passwords and leave them to it.

IIRC its a matter of editing openttd.cfg. Would give it a try, but I'd probably upset everyone with the settings I'd change.

Yeah. Which settings need editing is the question and what in game commands need to be issued. I don't have time to go through and work them out sadly.

I have run game servers in the past, been a while though. Sure I could work it out.
