What do people want to do at the spawn area? Obviously it'll be the location of an NPC house but do we want to build it high above ground or well below ground? Thats mainly in anticipation of Goblin Armies, its nice to have a decent staging area for them and to keep the NPCs out of harms way.
 
No digging or building should be allowed at spawn personally, because anyone could just keep digging down and cause instant death!
 
Can that actually be done?

I was thinking it should be left un-touched anyway bar access to an NPC house. Spawn is the most sensible location for them as it should be pretty central.
 
Ok a failing internet (thats what I get for downloading 20gb worth of TV in the last couple of weeks) and mediumcore do not mix. Enemies warp all over the place and hit me through a constantly swinging weapon that they normally couldn't get past and items are taking a moment to appear after mining >< Amazed I haven't died yet, but I think I'll leave it till later.
 
Can we just add 1 more rule. People should join a team when they log in. Seems we're using Blue Team again. This just lets people have a rough idea where you are both for the purposing of admining and general nosey behaviour and so people can take a guess what zone you're in and join you/avoid you while adventuring.

Ok I give up until my internet calms down. I tried building a house and was getting mobbed by warping slimes. Then during nightfall a demon eye warped INTO my house through the roof. I literally cannot do combat because enemies warp into me bypassing my weapon.
 
Wish people would use the same as on ocuk personally it makes it easier to pinpoint problematic members and who they are on this forum!
 
That would be nice. However, if someone is grieving, then they will have posted their in-game name in this thread anyway, so we will know who it is.
 
I got disconnected and now the server says I've edited my inventory :(

Edit: not sure if related, but I got disconnected as soon as I threw a bomb...
