I was one of those Vanu last night! Excellent game and a tough nut to crack with the NC sticking their oar in to distract us. I was trying to keep the AMS sunderer close enough to rush but the infantry seemed unwilling to go over the top! :P
 
Was just on Eurodyme with the outfit I play with and T-Ray one of the developers joined our Teamspeak and our Platoon, played for a bit with us and answered some questions, really cool :)

I am insanely jealous did he say about what's coming up in this weeks patch?
 
Was absolutely terrible last night as TR defending the crown. Major bug first - theyve done something tondraw distances for enemy so when VS overran the south spawn point you could literally look down the hill and see players blinking in and out of existence. It was like the game was drawing players in intervals. So spawning out of the crown, you would run over to the south hill and nobody was there. Then suddenly you were surrounded by 10 or so VS who were just as surprised to see you. The chat was full of what the ****. Really spoiled what had been enormous fun.

Secondly we lost the crown at last! Looking at my map during spawn there were so few TR i thought it was just drawing the closest arrows to me. When we lost the crown the only spawn option was our last base... The warpgate. We had been defending with like 30 guys. So salute to what was a mighty feat!

Great fun, congrats to VS, smurfs worked for you last night, except for the drawing issue great fun and great cert gain!

T-Ray didn't say much about the patch that we're getting tonight, but he did say that we are getting horns for the Sunderer :D

Higby did a beta patch preview last night on Amerish, the continent that we're getting next week.

Check it out, a lot of info and lots of Amerish footage, which is looking amazing btw.

Oh Higby sort of revealed that the home continents are VS = Amerish TR = Indar and NC = Esamir.

I guess NC got what they deserved lol, you can have Esamir! lol
 
Had a lot of fun playing as AA Max today, duel brusters are so much fun.

I find the Skyguard to be pretty crap, I find the idea of recoil on a mounted weapon really stupid. Whoever thought of that?

Only good thing about the Skyguard is how much ammo it has and being mobile and fast.

But the recoil on the weapon is far too much to really target a target and destory it and against good players, you destory it yourself without backup.

The AA max lacks the ammo and mobile, but it has no recoil and you have a good chance of destorying aircraft yourself without backup.
