Probably going to give this a miss, wasn't really my kinda thing from what I played in the beta, launch doesn't look too smooth either :(
 
Eugh, optimization of CPU is still very poor. Big fights are really not fun when you're around 20-30 fps max (CPU bound), trying to aim gets increasingly irritable.
 
I didn't really like the beta, for some reason it just didn't float my boat. But getting into some large battles tonight and I have completely changed my mind! One word for some of the battles tonight.. epic!
I hope this game has some lifespan in it as I am sure it would be rather dull with not so many people playing, but seeing soo many people having a mass battle at once and not really knowing where they will come from next is awesome.

I also agree that it needs some optimization, but all in all I can forgive it that for now :)

Been downloading since about 5pm. Now at 84%. There were times when it was downloading at the speedy old rate of 40KB/s. Then again, my Sky connection (in the S-o-T area) as of recent has been nothing short of horrendous! I hope it doesn't affect me pwning up some NC/VS scum! :(
 
Another person here struggling with prosapian and steam. Had nothing but problems do far changing passwords, crashing launch pads etc.

The beta was better than this for christs sake!!!!
 
So I am sitting and waiting outside my second call at work. May have driven the van a bit like I drive the lightning and got here a bit too quick. It's nice to be excited about playing a game for a change, been sometime since I was this eager.

Giving considerable thought to going VS, which is strange given that they were bottom of my list a few days back. Love how the infiltrators look for them.
 
Im trying to sign up online but under country, there is no; Britain, Great Britain or United Kingdom...
What to do?
 
I tried to download this through steam last night but I kept getting Error no subscription massage, do you have to sign up before the steam downloads or is it better to get the client elsewhere?

Do you have the beta installed? I had the same thing last night. Uninstalled Beta + deleted the SOE folder, then it was fine.
