Seriously... how the **** did I just get SIXTEEN kills from 1 grenade? People ingame just now said its cos we had them pinned down in the spawn room and there must have been mines in/near it?! I just randomly chucked it not expecting anything and the xp and names of the guys I killed wouldn't stop flashing up at the bottom, don't think I've ever had so much luck on a FPS before haha!
Player collision isn't back on yet either, so in chokepointed fights you tend to get a lot of players stacking on top of one another which multiplies the expected amount of kills to get from explosives.
What server / faction are you on? We're woodman NC if you want to tag along.

We were duking it out with NC on Indar last night, that crossroads facility. We (VS) grabbed it, then there was an almighty attempt to take it back. We held A for a bit, then lost it and were pinned back into spawn with the capture going down. I had the Lasher out and was just spraying the doorways from the spawn room with great success. It was about halfway to NC and pretty hopeless when I think armour arrived and B and C went down and the NC sunderer on the ground floor was killed. After that it was just mopping up, it was a great fight. Spent the next couple of hours shelling the crown.

Really starting to get to grips with the game now, only put a few hours into it (I say that, but I know it's into double figures now...) and really starting to rack up the XP. Heavy Assault is by far my favourite class so far!
Although I'm constantly finding that I'm getting short on ammo, so unless I have / am a part of a squad that actually works together, I'm getting caught short and having to resort to melee kills!
Really is annoying with the amount of friendly fire too. Lost count of the amount of times I've managed to spearhead through a defence line with perhaps one or two other people, or even by myself, round a corner and get nailed in the back by my own team! Infuriating!

Yeah nothing worse that the ridiculous amount of TK on here. I actually had someone blow up my half health magrider with a Saron. I couldnt believe it and was typing out a /tell when they apologised.
Im Devlish, currently with MAP but were quiet at the moment (grabbing the certs). HA is my speciality too although I rarely run out of ammo as I die quick lol. Been having a blast the last couple of nights but once the double xp is done might have a breather and play something more sedate!
Urgh I hate it when you join a squad that doesn't seem to work "together" and just kind of runs around the same general area, but with no direction. Inherited the squad lead role and then the platoon lead role; four full squads at my command assaulting one of the Bio Labs. I counted six people that followed what I told them to do. Six people out of forty plus.
We could have easily had that captured if people actually done what I said, where I said and when I said it! Instead no, let's all sit at the other entrance that is heavily fortified and no one has managed to get in via for the last two hours, that makes much more sense than walking straight through the opposite entrance that only had a handful of defenders...

I just subbed for 3 months and cancelled straight away to avoid the auto renewal in case I stop playing before then. I got an email saying I would not be receiving the 500 SC each month because of doing this.
Is there anyway to get back on to the auto renewal? This was a factor in deciding to sub and now I think I've lost the monthly bonus....

I was having a word with a mate a week or so back about this. It seems nowadays most players have tunnel vision to anything around them and are fixated on what they are trying to do.
It's how most games have been made to be played, good thing is this game doesn't and it clearly shows!

Unfortunately hindsight is a wonderful thing. At least you get your xp boosts.
Hindsight? I subbed for 6 months, and put the cancellation date in my diary. Glad I did now. That's a total stitch up and at very least deserves a ticket to customer services before the EU get involved. Now thats one cause that deserves nerd rage other than bleedin' zergs/AA/base design/not PS1 and other such topics. Was there any hint in the Terms and Conditions that the 5 quid a month would be withdrawn if you simply cancelled your standing order??
Out of interest are you SOE subbed or Pro7? This is easy to answer, do you pay in euro's or US dollars?
