*** Official Planetside 2 Thread ***

I've got a code. Not sure whether I'll use it though. I didn't play the first one and I don't really have time to play the games I have, without starting a game in beta.
 
I have literally only found out about this game, it looks freaking amazing? Looks like a serious game changer, I had no idea FPS games like this even existed. They need to increase marketing for this game, seriously.
 
McGray. I'm not interested in Planetside (only opened the thread to point out the code being in this months UKPG) , if you haven't gotten a code from someone else by the time I get home and have access to the code you can have mine.

PS1 was really the only game like this, ever. It was years ahead of its time and there's been nothing quite like it since. Can't wait for the sequel :)

If you don't use it I'd greatly appreciate one. :)

I remember the first one, the only reason I didn't play it.. was still on 56K :(

I played it on 56K for a while, wasn't too bad, until people started getting broadband en masse that is. Upgraded to 512K and it ran like a dream ever since :D
 

A look at gameplay and certifications. Why is this thread not at the top all the time?

It has every system that BF series was missing.

They still seem to be building up the press coverage at the moment. Maybe after E3 when more people have an idea what Planetside actually is we'll see a surge in popularity.

Lets hope SOE don't mess this one up, and hopefully we'll get some beta invites being sent out soon.
 
knew i should have subscribed to pcgamer i rarely miss a month buying it anyway. Dam it, i doubt i will end up with a key which sucks because i didnt play ps1
