Sadly if you loved the original game, then the 'trolls' message is very true, not even a patch on the first game.
 
About an hour ago i downloaded this from Steam and unfortunately i'm having trouble logging in. I've tried using my login name, username and email address, all with the same password but its not working.

Anyone had that problem and managed to fix it?
 
Just played for about 40 mins the game runs perfectly no stutter. The draw distance doesnt seem to be very good though on vehicles but on infantry its fine?
I think its the type of game you got to play for a while before you start to love it. Once i start believing in the fight to control the map, thats when the game will be amazing. Especially when you been fighting for a sector most of the morning and you pray when you come home tonight it hasnt been taken over:D

I played the 1st thought it was utter gash and went back to neocron for years.

Got into beta for this and loved it. The only thing Ive seen from ps1 that I want in this is the lattice system and continental conquest game in general.

Rose tinted glasses and all that.
 
Urgh.

Installed this just now...

enter game, create character, wait in queue for a while, spawn, right click *CRASH*
reload game, walk 10 meters, get killed *CRASH*
reload game again, redeploy, switch weapon *CRASH*

Not a brilliant first experience. Going to verify steam files...
 
Anyone had any problems uninstalling the beta client then reinstalling it through Steam, specifically still using the Sony login? I hadn't noticed it was on Steam but wanted to check before i uninstall and add it there.

Played for a good few hours today with a mate and my opinion of the game has completely changed, loved every minute of it so far.

Edit - reinstall through steam went fine, logged in straight away through sony with no problems.

Well I finally got the EU account login screen to come up in the Steam version. Account deteails worked once, crashed and now won't work at all. Good job I didn't fork out any money for this. ;)

You'd think companies looking to roll out a F2P game with hopes of making some money off it, would try to make things as slick as possible on launch day.
 
Whats the deal with a single use camo? is it until the vehicle dies? or is it just 1 use so that you cannot change back to it?
