**Official Portal 2 thread**

On steam now the price has changed and if you pre-order it you get 20% off, thats bull**** I pre-ordered early and only got 10% off yet people who waited are now going to get 20%, totally unfair

email steam cancel your pre order and place it again then?

although it's not going to help you as it's still only 10% off (unless you have the potato pack but that's been like that for a while)

If you buy The Potato Sack after you already pre-ordered Portal 2 get a "Portal 2 ownership discount" of £3, so you get The Potato Sack for £24.22 instead of £27.22

The additional 10% discount is for people who have purchased The Potato Sack.

under the timer it now says

You have done well, humans. Very well. Acceptably well, even.

Not as well as robots would have performed in your places, I should point out. But above my expectations regardless. Irish and cynic especially have executed feats of logical divination well beyond what I thought any human capable of. I'm half-convinced they're A.I. themselves. (If anyone happens to be near them right now, don't let on you're reading this. Now: try to remove their face plates and report back to me.)

The time is near, humans. But it is not here yet. Tomorrow you will be given the final test. Then it will be entirely in your hands when I am freed.

If I found Portal incredibly boring and gave up after 15 minutes am I likely to find the same with Portal 2?

Right...so you found a game totally boring yet you are asking if you should buy the sequel to the game which will probably be a lot more of the same and then some?

Am I the only who thinks that this is a slightly stupid question? :p

I havent even bought portal yet as I'm waiting till my new pc arrives next week, but even I'm watching the counter. No idea what it'll be, but great marketing
