I am waiting for this... I even bought a GC to play RE4 on. Played it through several times and loved it every time... I really cant wait for it... Should be stunning. And Silent Hill 5 ;)
 
just finished re4 on my housemates wii

really enthusiastic about this but the delays are keeping it off my most wanted list

the trailers look sweet though

i cant see what all the uproar is about however

if the virus breaks out in africa and thats where the game is set... then surely the contaminated humans will be predominantly black people, as you would expect?

it would be like setting re4 in eastern europe or wherever it was - then giving all the villiagers flash sports cars and american accents!

it seems that the press have latched onto this factor in the wrong way as per usual

Nothing wrong with that is there? :confused: The trailer shows black people so that's a yes I guess!

No way to unfortunately. I had a brief go on Res 4 on my housemates PS2, but compared to next gen games it just feels a bit cack, especially as I can't stand the controller.

Unfortunately it only seems to be "racist" if the white person is doing the talking or killing in this case... Especially since the people who post the stories on that site appear to be pretty racist themselves (towards white people).

Anyway, Yeah this game looks great just like all the other Resident Evils (apart from Outbreak), I've had it on pre-order for ages now (£30 special!) hopefully it'll come out in or before 2009.
