This is my biggest issue with this game right now! The ADS mechanics, it's ridiculous on how hard it is to aim due to how the guns are held and how far away the sights are. The ADS FOV should be the focus FOV and just rid the crappy focus mechanic.

Here's two, make the deaths realistic?

Make the building objects realistic?

The sights aren't very realistic when your view is limited to a 24" monitor which then limits the vision even more. The game needs FOV scaling when ADS.

Is that the "hotfix" version that is on the portal?

Why don't they just do a patch hotfix instead of the full download again?

Also, can I carry my config for keybindings across versions, as I have to manually remap them in the config.ini?

Just the way the engine is at the minute. Once it's on Steam then we can release smaller fixes.

As long as you keep the folder in appdata then your settings *should* stay.
 
Got a different server version than my version, downloaded the latest from the portal, any idea whats going on mate?

Fixed it, one of the .ini files had an older version number...

Has anyone else reported an issue (albeit slight) where the mouse sensitivity is all the way up each time I load into a match till I go into settings and click apply? It seems to remember where I have it set to but never applies it without my input each time.

It's been an issue for a while.

Had a couple of beers Saturday and was trying to recruit all my digging brothers into my union :D was a funny night
 
We had a couple of great rounds on the London #1 server last night. The community is fantastic as I posted on the forums to try to organise a few people to jump into the server at 2000 and some of the first in to help seed the server were Americans who stayed for the whole duration.

Managed to have a round on insurgency without losing any caches too which is a first!
