How people think this is legit and not an exploit/unintended feature shows the sad state of affairs of many MMO players. Threads on it are deleted pretty quickly.

The rewards from an extra 2 medals are pretty tiny though. Did find amusing seeing a JK at top of healing in WZ's.

If it was WoW, Blizzard would probably call it a creative use of game mechanics and subtley nerf it. Bioware on the other hand don't seem to actually communicate with their subscribers much so god only knows what stance they take on it.

Still waiting on the trooper ability fixes :-/ they seem to be taking forever - shame they took so long to fix the bags - I really CBA now to get the gear on my main anymore after so many.

I use the item myself and you can only use it out of combat so all it does is shorten the rest time.. and a couple of medals of course

Yeap I see this happen a lot, you're done fighting with 2 people and then, by all rights the third person should kll me? Some people use this item for a quick boost and get back into another fight.

It's cheap, you're cheap.

You do realise that WoW's customer service is atrocious don't you? God help you if your on a low pop server or one plagued by faction imbalance as Blizz/Activsion just don’t care one iota to sort out the problems.

I also remember some classes would go months without seeing a blue post in the official forums addressing the concerns of the player base.

Oh and call me when the Class Dev's / CS Rep's start banning people for asking legit questions too..

still really enjoying this game but It definately has the worst community I've ever seen in an MMO (Ive never played WoW..), I wonder if there is a limit on ignore lists . You cannot go one warzone without some whiny little womp rat blaming their whole team for losing, it was laughable at first but I find myself using a new tab with NO chat logging !! !!

anyway, 6-8 chars in all under level 40 and estimate another month or two before I get my first level 50 of which by then the cap will probably have been increased !!!

I'd have to disagree here, you can't simply reply to all the people moaning constantly and Blizzard do make good efforts to satisfy people with problems.

Obviously when you're dealing with 10 million~ customers there will be bad incidents but whenever I've had to use their customer service there has been no problem at all.

I think that overall, Blizzard have done a great job, it couldn't have been much better.

Yeah, never had a problem myself, very quick fixes for the issues ive had. mind you, if youre contacting them to increase pop on a low pop server, fix faction imbalance or reply to your 'my class is nerfed!!' posts... then yeah, I can see why you might be waiting a while for a reply.

Warzones have got a lot more bolshie of late, which considering the rapid rate at which games start during the evening shift, I wonder why they get so stressed!? Certainly, Hutt Ball is being taken very seriously indeed by some folks, which is a shame as I quite like the ganking, personal vendetta's and general DPS spam. Then again when I do buckle down and play properly it can be very rewarding, if hard work.

As for my character progression, I have one Sniper @43, which I'd like to pop 50 before next Monday.. and two lvl 5 alts. I'm always suprised at how many people seem to have so many high level alts.

Say what you want about blizzard but the several times i needed support in that game i had a very good experience, Weather it was losing all my stuff when i returned or applying a new key to the wrong account, Everytime i thought i was buggered and they sorted it out for me over the phone in minutes. I actually said to one guy this is the best customer service iv ever had (i was tottally convinced they wouldnt help me) when i made a trial account to do recruit and friend only to find out you cant transfer a trial account before 30 days, But they did it for me anyway!

They are surprisingly good at customer service.

Tickets and questions are usually answered and sorted reasonably quickly.

My limited experience of BW/EA in the month I played was horrific, but that may just have been the unfortunate snapshot that I got

Every single time i've dealt with WoW GM's the issue has been sorted no problems. The only sore point i have with Blizzard CS is actually down to the US side as it relates to test server access and the EU CS team can't do a thing for that, in fact that whole incident related to being banned from PTR servers is a sore point but again, its US Blizzard.


Had zero personal dealings with Bioware support (unless you count trying to cancel a Warhammer Online 14 day trial as dealing with Bioware) so my post was only referring to the number of dev posts on their own forums.

So you don't think a MMO company should address faction imbalance / low pop servers then? Sure I've seen the pop servers / queues as a reason for why BW suck at CS, but its fine for Blizzard to ignore these issues

Where did I say specifically 'nerfing' of a certain class? I mean any sort of Class Rep reply, think it was the US forums, either rogue or shaman at the start of BC no blue posted for quite a while. Running joke at the time.

Everything I've seen so far points to BW being very quick on fixes and listening to the population. But dont let that detract from a good whine post

I'm going to have team uniforms made when they sort the orange armor out.

Can you reverse engineer the mods in pvp armour and learn the schematic? I've been waiting to get a set of champion dps spec boots for ages but not had any luck, finally swapped the mod/enhancement out for the ones in a duplicate chest piece. I have around 10 duplicates that have no use so would it be worth extracting the mods and r/e'ing them for the chance of making some decent cash on the gtm?
