Well firstly, think youre getting confused by the term 'customer service' and what everyone else is talking about. You wouldnt contact CS to complain about balance.

It's been two weeks since a report of an entire guild exploiting warzones every day.

Not just oh yeah "every day now and then".

I mean Every. single. god-darn. day. For weeks and weeks.
It's very clear they don't give a hoot, it's getting to the point I'm going to quit because all I do is pvp and today alone 11 games in a row, they have been overpopulating us in warzones.

Yes, warzones, not Ilum, warzones. 8vs10-12. You cannot compete with that zerg, In fact I'm tired of all the exploiters all over the place, the /stuckers in Ilum, the water item with stealthers mostly, go to any of those exploitation websites and read up about all the broken stuff and you start to notice everyone doing it.

The problem is when it effects ME and my time & fun is ruined by these people. :(

Our epic run in Ilum last night was great fun, something tells me this could end up been our last one, what with the unbelievably stupid patch last night, for the first time I am seriously considering canceling my sub :(

But Cool world PvP last night anyway!

Just reached lv 10 and caught the shuttle to the rebel fleet. Really enjoying it so far. Never been a fan of mmo's so it's pleasing that bioware have managed to retain the feeling of kotor (albeit, on a much larger scale). The voice acting is generally good, it must have been a huge job to voice so many characters!

I see a lot of people are unhappy with it, perhaps you are too experienced with mmo's to appreciate it, but as a newcomer to the genre and a fan of the kotor games I think they have done a great job.

One of the reasons i quit. A certain forum out there listing exploits was going mad. Once i knew what they were i started noticing them and just one more immersion breaker to add to the pile.

In fairness SWTOR needs time to balance, work out kinks, fix the damn engine - a huge task. But they seem to be in damage limitation mode, and despite EAs rosy quarterly I just dont believe the numbers. Anyway ive quit so not going to derail the conversations in here.

Maybe so but I just found it too much of the same all the time. Maybe your right and when you get to level 50 it all changes but personally it just didn't keep my attention long enough to get there.

I will defiantly be back though.
 
I have a feeling that the game doesn't get enough devs support or any support at all. Official forum is full of game breaking bugs yet there are hardly any responses at all.
