I honestly have no idea on the rules here - so I'm pretty sure a mod will remove my post if it is against them.
They are fine on the TOR forums - but obviously here is entirely different.

It's a two way thing - both parties get something, but if a mod wants to delete me I'm sure he will :)

I'm on TRE - seems to be the most popular of the EU servers at the moment.
 
Having a blast so far and finding it much more enjoyable than i did when the game first came out, i pretty much spacebarred my way through so i could get my toons to end game PvP back then. 12x XP so you can just stick to the class stories is a godsend. This go around i'm taking my time and treating it like a single player game so i can experience the stories. So far i've gotten an Assassin to max and now trying to decide whether Powertech or Sniper is next.

I don't have the Revan expansion so i'm capped at 55 but i think i'll leave off buying it until i've either been through every class story or get bored with levelling then see if i want to continue and buy it. From what i've read on the forum its not class specific content anyway.

Once the new expansion comes out you'll get SOR free anyway - they tend to give away the previous expansions as the new ones are released.

Pretty much and I enjoyed SOR a lot - I personnally had a lot of fun going through the quests etc.......:)
 
Just started this, currently level 5 or 6 as a Jedi Knight. I haven't subscribed yet, thought I'd get the hang of it first. I've no idea what half the stuff happening is with regards to stats, characters etc but enjoying it so far.

I've played KOTOR1&2 to death but this is my first online/MMO experience.

I liked the knight's story...:D guardian is my main; I really need to work on my other toons LOL

I might as well wait then as by the time i get through the different class stories it will be around that time anyway :)
 
I've just resubbed, for about the fifth time (thanks Stoofa for the link, against the rules or not).

Finally completed Chapter 1 of the IA storyline (when did this game come out? Could this be the slowest playthrough ever?).

I'm enjoying it a lot more with the 12x xp, I'm a bit of a lone wolf when it comes to gmaing so I'm much happier having the option to ignore the grouping element. Just wish I had more time to game.
 
Hi Guys

Hope all is well, I had a look at the main page and none of the servers there seem to exist?

I am on "The Red Eclipse" Empire, is there a guild anyone could suggest before i start spamming fro one in game?

I am happy with both PvP and PvE.

Any advice is greatly appreciated
 
Patch 3.3 is being implemented this morning.

I think i'm going to have to roll sentinal and call it Áhsóká :p

Hmm, maybe not. I assumed the new race would be free for subscribers, turns out it's not :/

I am enjoying my bounty hunter; not playing him evil though nor good. He's about the money; its business; nothing personal.....why I let some live; and others sorry contract says you die; you die ;)
 
So I also resubbed to this recently. Am I right in thinking that I'll have the 12x xp already active but to play the expansions I'll need to buy them? Been meaning to go through the stories and the xp boost is exactly what I need to motivate me

Also when buying the extra races it says you need a legacy and a lvl 10 character. I thought your legacy was just your collection of characters so all I need is any level 10 character and I can buy any extra races I want?
 
You know that feeling when you resub to an MMo that has had massive changes to everything and you feel like you haven't got a Scooby Doo!!! .... check !

Just a quicky, I can't remember the skill name but on the Smuggler you had a small HoT that stacked twice has this been removed ? You could apply it to all your party members and just keep refreshing it.

I'll have to spend a lot of time getting to grips with stuff again, I have far too many alt's :D
 
Working my way through the sith warrior and ive chosen my advanced class and now have an off hand lightsaber but no main hand one. I assume this is a side effect of the xp boost and ill have to work my way along the main story till I get my main hand saber?

The last quest on the starter planet should give you another one so you can equip both.

Yes you automatically have 12x xp as a sub, you can deactivate it if you want.

Legacy levels are across all characters but a level 10 character doesn't equal legacy 10 (from memory) it wont take long to get legacy 10

its called slow release medpac. With the latest patch a lot of changes have gone through on healers but its still there.

either the class storyline or just go buy one off the GTN, they're not expensive for some of the cartel market ones - you'll need to put hilt, mods, enhancement in but again at low level those are cheap.
