*** Official Test Drive Unlimited 2 Thread ***

The social side of this game seems so awfully planned. I was just in a race and received a club invite from, I assume, KnightStalker. I was in a multiplayer race at the time, and within 30 seconds the invite disappeared and now is nowhere to be found. And I see no way to message a player in game either?

I can see on my tdu life that I'm a member and I can see you all on the club members list besides my friends list. However, all of the little blue houses on the map that denote a club don't show up any more. Am I looking for one particular club location on the map now?

yes , no club chat or anything , no way to see what other club members are doing...

I'm seriously disappointed in the lack of ingame communication between friends and club members.

I finally tracked down the clubhouse though! Donation is made and I cant wait to start doing some inter-club races with you guys :)
 
Does anyone have the bug where when you click on a car in your garage where you get the options to compare, data etc, the drive option is missing? So you cant take it for a spin :(. Although i have found out a useful feature which is the list in your garage. This allows you to view all your cars, and drive them out any house you have regardless of what cars are in that garage.

its not a bug, you have to go to the List to take the cars for a spin anyway. It would be a good idea to add the "take for a spin" option when you look at the cars in your garage to save going to the I board
 
Ok the club is full once again, sorry to anyone that missed out this time around, i sent friend invites to all who wanted in, and as soon as they popped online they got the club invite. With any luck we should have the next upgrade with a few weeks, maybe less time, so dont lose hope yet.

Thanks for the invite.

I was doing the C3 challenge so couldn't accept the invite to race.

My experience tonight was slightly weird, the game kept saying I was on-line with a few members on here showing as on-line yet I couldn't see anyone bar the "off-line" bots.

Very strange.
 
Haven't been on for a couple of days so last night got the patch downloaded. Now I've got corrupt textures, super large trees the size of skyscrapers that block the whole field of view when you get close :(

I also had trouble with the servers. I kept getting Online Servers not available when I tried to enter races but at the same time cars with names on were driving around.

All extremely disappointing
 
wierd ive had no issues at all apart from having to sometimes attempt to login a few times before i get on the server during peak hours.

just bought an ascari A2 car which with tuning lvl3 claims 2.98 0-60MPH and a 218mph top speed.

will have to test it later on in some club races to see if it is faster than the ferrari.

btw 100% of roads in hawaii 4 :D still need hawaii 1 -3 though

missing loads of wrecks and most photos from both islands mind
