Wow just been playing some MP and have to say even though I'm not a huge fan of multiplayer games I'm really enjoying this

Tried the previous Beta (came with Infamous) but it just didn't grab me.

This might just pip Demon Souls for my GOTY

These scores seem absolutely ridiculous. I'll have to grab it and see for myself! Not played the through the first one actually, thought the demo was pretty average. Does the story follow on or anything?

No the stories are independant but there are references and characters from the first came carried over.

Get the first game anyway as it's excellent (the demo didn't really do it justice tbh).

Dont know but I'm downloading it now, cheers for the heads up. Is it the same as the beta though thats what I want to know, if so its a waste of time me d/l it!

AFAIK, it's the closed beta demo which is now available to the public. It's on the EU store, too.

Beta is just the co-op and online.
I decided to try it last night.Was on til 3 this morning!It really is quite good fun.
And does anybody know if you carry your rank from the beta through to the full game?

Well if it's anything like the closed beta a while ago it's online co-op and some competitive online play. ^

I got some time on this last night and was thoroughly impressed!

I couldn't wait for the game anyway purely for the single player but the MP is exceptional, really taken by surprise how much I enjoy it.

Definitely back on tonight

Can you choose who you play with in the co-op? (someone on your PSN)

Do you have to have 4 people for the co-op or can I do it with 1 friend?

from what I saw last night it has a good party system so you can choose who you play with.

Not sure if you can do it with just 2 though.

The 2 co-op modes where you are against the CPU, Objective and Gold Rush. Are 2-3 player modes. You can party up 2 people and matchmake a 3rd or just play 2 players, or just matchmake into a 2-3 person party.

I played earlier and most players had 4-10 kills.Apart from one guy who had 36!

Ive been host a few times and not noticed anything different if i wasnt hosting.
