**Official Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Thread**

Completed the first one on hard first time, loved it. Cannot wait to get my hands on this, but it may have to go on my xmas list.
 
Most Eagerly anticipated game of the year. I honestly can't contain my excitement, Love the first game.

Also I love the Fortune Favours trailer, really is an awesome video.

No plastic figure = FAIL although it is only priced £10 more than the regular version
 
I remember picking up the original Uncharted without even reading about it, which I never usually do. Totally blown away by the gameplay and it didn't seem too short which a lot of good games fall foul of! (probably because I spent hours exploring).

Anyway, I'd completed it before the trophy system came out so I was only too pleased to replay it to get the trophys.

In fact I still need to finish collecting all the treasures.. ahh too many games!

Can't wait for the 2nd installment :)

I have every trophy bar the two for completing it on hard and crushing, Why I didn't play it on hard first time round I honestly don't know as i usually do but i've played it so much I'm not sure I can stomach another two playthroughs! Awesome game though.
 
played the first one and am looking forward to the next installment ,very good game and for what you can pick the old one up now for its a bargin.
 
There should be a law where all PS3s get bundled with Uncharted. :D I pre-ordered my copy of Uncharted 2 at the same time I picked up my Slim.
 
Has this got a confirmed release date yet? I keep seeing October 13th and 16th.

edit: just been reading thread, seems no-one knows. 13th - 30th for EU.

13th October is USA, 16th October is Europe.

Does anyone here want to create teams of people who can play the game on launch, and work in teams of 3 to complete the campaigns?

Dunno if we could come up with a prize for whoever completes it first, apart from the glory?
 
aint been following this game at all nor have i played the first one. It just seems like tomb raider which got a bit stale after the 8th game or whatever.
Seen the orignal in a shop for £10 might be worth a look.

Maybe you should try it then? :p

It isn't at all like Tomb Raider tbh, more like gears of war spliced with some tomb raider style platforming between fights.

Just watched the gametrailer review it looks pretty good so i might aswell for a tenner. Ill pick it up tomorrow then looks pretty good even though the graphics look a littlle dated now.
 
Graphically, Uncharted is still up there with the better looking games of this gen. If you go in expecting bargain bin you're going to be pleasantly surprised.
