Right lads after a night of nothing but benchmarks, pancake and overclocking I've unlocked the shaders on the 6950 still at stock volts with an unlocked 6950 BIOS so I might be able to get it higher.

6950 @ 970MHz core > 1375MHz Mem

I've been trying to beat 1339, was hoping to get to 1400, but unfortunately my cards have no more to give! The highest clocked run I could get was the cards at 910/1140, but the score was lower than at 900/1125. If the cards are unstable can this lead to reduced scores?

Might have to get a fresh install of Windows done, see if that achieves anything. This install has had about 4 different ATI Graphics drivers installed now.

Why not try to drop 2 points, get and get a 1337 score

It may not be the core, it could be the memory thats dropping your score. I noriced at 900 core you had 1125 on the memory but at 910 you pushed your memory higher to 1140. Unstable memory is known to give lower scores and fps in some games/benches.
