***Official Unigine Heaven DX11 3.0 Benchmark Scores***

Would also be interested in this as there is so much guesswork involved as to which is the best way to go,ie

How many GPU's
Vram requirements/usage 2GB V 3GB V 4GB and now 6GB

Or if dlknight would be prepared
to add hi res monitors and 5760 X 1080 and above to this thread.
Don't know how easy this would be or if maxed settings could be added,
either way there must be quite a few people looking to go down this route?

I think adding a 5760 x 1080 category to this thread (same settings otherwise) would be very useful.

I would avoid changing the settings now until the benchmark program itself is updated to 3.5 or 4.0.

tried a couple of runs earlier while I was eating. With my new max core o/c and old mem I got 2314 but was a naff run and cpu is stock.

overvolted my mem and took it higher and my scores tanked down to 1.5k LOL. wut.

New 7950 Owner :)

So i got this Sapphire 7950 OC 950MHz last week (its the one with 1x 8-pin & 1x 6-pin power connectors).. not really gone overboard with crazy overclocking but this is maxed sliders in MSI AB on stock volts.
75% Fan control and 70c temps using 12.7 Beta drivers but these are pretty unstable for me so i went onto 12.4 for now. Asic Quality is 87.1%.

My i7 2700k was @ 4.5GHz.

Those sapphire cards are supposed to be good clockers, as they are essentially a 7970 PCB with a 7950 chip on it. You should be able to hit 1200mhz comfortably, but your temps are getting a bit high. There are a few people hitting 1300mhz with these 6+8 pin 7950's.

Yea i noticed with decent drivers it clocks really good but i'm a bit confused why OCuK dont sell any of these Sapphire 7950's. I had to buy elsewhere as usually i'll visit the OCuK shop cuz i live in Stoke on Trent. Ah i see they have the Flex Edition now. But hey.. i picked this up at a very nice price. I better watch what i say though :p

Edit.. tbh even at the stock speeds of this OC @ 950MHz its running everything i play nice and smooth.. even BF3 is running great with Ultra 1080p and 4xMSAA but i usually only set 2xMSAA as it looks pretty much the same to me.. maybe my eyes are getting old hehe

Should be all. I am 100% sure card can do more with higher vcore :)

Does anyone know wtf is going on here:

I bench either of my lightnings @ 100% stock (1202 boost, 6010 mem) and get around 2k. Normal.

I can bench my better clocker heaven stable at 1382mhz (did a 3 hour run) with mem @ +700 (7420mhz) yet the score PLUMMETS down to 1.6/1.7k.

Then if I roll back the clocks to stock and bench again I get the same score 1.6/1.7k o_0? Rebooting doesn't help, I have to physically remove the card and re-insert it.

I also find it pretty weird that on my msi LN2 bios I can boost to 1382 (+180) but move to the stock bios and I can't even get +130. Temps are fine on both. core doesn't exceed 70c @ +180 an the vrms/mem don't exceed 65c ever. Afaik the ln2 bios ignores the power requirements but on the stock bios I don't exceed 80% power target anyway!

Is this driver issues or afterburner issues do we think?

I was worried for a while earlier that my card was dying, until I reseated it and it returned to normal..
