***Official Unigine Heaven DX11 3.0 Benchmark Scores***

at 100% fan speed gpu 67c-70c and the vrm 1 92c! vrm 2 in the 80s really not happy with the vrm temps got to find a way cooling them better maybe better heatsinks if i can find any to fit under the cooler.

Right here, but they're out of stock :(

YOUR BASKET
1 x Alpenföhn Passive DRAM / VRAM Chip Coolers £11.99
Total : £14.27 (includes shipping : £1.90).

They may or may not help although they're better quality than the Arctic ones.
I think a lot of it has to do with airflow to the pcb and then how that air is exhausted.

Apologies for the OT stuff fellas, just trying to help an AMD bro get even more leverage on the green team :p

EDIT: If you can take a height measurement of your heatsinks and/or pcb clearance, I should be able to tell you whether these'll fit.

You need to link to full size images guys or your scores will not be submitted.

Thanks, i edited my post, there is a full size image on postimage now.

Turns out that Photobucket re-sizes all images to 800.
(they think its a wonderful idea and benefits the whole world, they are doing a great service to everyone by doing that)
Companies who do things that are clearly not good and then talk to you about how good it is that they do that as if you have an IQ of 63 are the worst kind of ars*****

Just like its a great service to bombard you with video + audio adverts with every movement of the mouse which you also can not turn off.

Its a pile of crap, i'm on the lookout for a better image host.

Did a rough run on Monday night that equalled Bestys score with headroom for another ~20mhz on the core and another 200mhz on memory still to apply, will have a full run at the weekend :)

It'll be close thats for sure, but ultimately I think it depends how far I can take the memory before correction ruins my day.

It also depends how long it takes 8 Pack and his 7970 Matrix Plat at -100c to show up and spoil the party :D

i have around 2-2.2 cm space under the cooler! but i think i could bend some fins and get a few mm more.
what kind of temps are the vrms safe to run at?
couldn't believe that my vtx 7970 x-e only the vrm and gpu had heatsink on them!

These measure about 12mm and the big V shaped one about 19mm. You should be good to go :)
VRM's are apparently good for up 120°C max, but I like to keep them under 70 as I can get artifacting at 75-80+ in Heaven. Ymmv.

Again, I couldn't say whether these will make a noticeable difference for you as I've found that airflow/exhaust can change results significantly.

ok thanks, i think i will buy them when they are back in stock, on top of that i will try and direct a fan towards the back of the card, see if that helps will temps.

For AMD Drivers, looks like the 0wnage has landed.

Single card 1080p = 2528

Dual card 1080p = 4682

I will update with GPU-Z etc over the weekend.
