It gets my nvidia cards wrong as well
Nvidia Boost? is it boosting to that speed?

Atleast its not just me. I'd LOVE it if my core did that!!!
It gets worse when I am running AMD cards, with nvidia GPUs it shows their details in the top right hand corner but with AMD it only shows one GPU even when I am running xfire.

Its a Kepler thing, the first is the GPU clock, the second is the memory speed and the third is the set GPU boost speed.
