it's just about the MM system so as Silent says the better your WR rating then on average it'll make you low tier more often as it's harder to influence the match as bottom tier. The worse your WR then you'll get more top tier games.
Apparently if you look at most new tanks getting put in the game then gold ammo pen gives way more boost than the older tanks.
the CTD these last two days have been really annoying, 5 yesterday 4 today all in garage.
Had a look on the forums and so far this Random client crashing with no error given might have done the trick.

well after just 2 days, I can officially say, I'm **** at this game.
I'm sure it has more to do with the fact I've never been a WASD player. I will get the hang of it, but I've lost count how many shells I fired trying to get the tank to move
My son is better at this than I am. Damn kids
Enjoying the game itself, just need to understand my roles a bit more.
Have also been a victim of the CTD for no reason, but only twice.
Moving on....

Just like to say im on WOT most days and have been trying to join you in platoons but have lost some chances. Im an avid WOT player and im interested in playing wars or platoons and to be honest bit peed off with trying to play on my own with players that thinks its a go as fast as you can and die quickly while leaving everyone else to die. Please can you tell me if there are training nights or do I just keep trying to join when I can. Is there a certain tier that people play, just I have an E100/IS7/E50/isu-152/hummel/Caveanator/Type59.

keep at it, the tanks do get better as u go higher in the tiers.
also helps if u can pay the credits and train the crew to 75% as this will help aim time, speeds etc....
also loads of vids on youtube to help u understand the basics

How can someone have a KV1-S without having a KV1 prior to it?
I was looking at some guys service record on the enemy team after a match and he had over 406 matches in KV1-S but nothing listed at all for the KV1
You use to be able to jump from the KV2 to the KV1-S (I think that's how it worked, when KV2 was teir5?). Anyways its from when they totally changed the tree moving around the KV1/KV2/T-150

Free XP can be used to skip tanks.
This, however KV-1 is a great tank

I thought it was possibly free xp but to skip the KV-1 this way is criminal
KV-1 is the reason I went along the KV-1S line
Might buy my KV-1 back at some point for some money makings.
I re-bought mine recently and due to not being used to it for the first few battles hated the plodding monstrosity, I had been playing mediums for ages. Got my rhythm back now and loving it again. I had forgotten what a good money maker it is.
It's up there with the M4 and the PzIV...
I was thinking of buying the Hellcat with some of my 30k free-XP. How do I work out how much free-XP I will need? Do you just add up the XP needed for the Hellcat and each tank prior to it without equipment?
Hellcat is 25,500
T49 is 10,400
M8A1 is 3350
T82 is 1050
T18 unlocked already
So would that be 40,300 free XP needed?
