Varian should be back in SW, yes. The patch notes also confirm that the old Onyxia chain (et al) will no longer be available, presumably to accomodate these changes.

I enjoyed the Ony quest line, Windsor bugging out was a pita but it was fun, and drakki too..... .

Well, Dalaran is no longer in Hilsbrad. You'll have to wait to Wrath to see it in it's new home though.

What about all the Defias and Missing Diplomat stuff at low levels? I assume the Kings return will impact on these to some extent as well. Shame, those quests, albeit low level and fairly inconsequential, were always some of my favourites.

I hope not! The US servers are barely up and running but a lot of them are down, and the open ones have massive queues.
