From my own past experience no, set the fan to zero rpm, say up to 45 degrees, then set the curve to whatever you like from there.

Another review for the Zotac trinity rtx 3080..says it is not as fast as the FE, but with a overclock it comes close to the FE...
Small overclock ability, the fans where set to 100 percent RPM.

Nah forget those guys, they make tons of benchmark videos, they are in it for the clicks and no proof of cards .

Wow the non OC version of the Zotac is 1710mhz the OC version is 1725mhz! Sold at a premium compared with the non OC version..
I had hopes that flashing the bios of the OC version to the non OC version, would have been a step in the right direction (subject to compatibility) .. But seems like it will hardly be worth the effort.
