Hope it goes good for you m8, who is going to hold the patents for the idea ? You or your agent ?

Father in law invented a new type of body armour and hes been in talks with the people that are doing the US militarys new future warrior program.

The thing I had made was spotted by a Toy Inventor (He who invented Cube World, If any one remebers it) at an event I goto each Thursday. Just a group of nerds meeting up to show off what they have made etc.. The idea got developed and then using his contacts we demoed it to the big M in the Uk, then had to go over to LA to show it in person.

The guy who is repping me has nearly 50 licences in the toy world, so is a major player. It is a case of not what you know, but who you know in this case.

Really excellent news, well done. Whats the time scale on the item? Like when will it hit the shelves or at least when will you be able to tell us what it is?!

Was hoping to find some clues by looking on the Mattel website but they only seem to make kids toys and nothing that i could see that was console related.

Gah I want to know what it is now :(.

Perhaps if you make it as a multi millionaire you can start working full time in the role you were put for on this Earth; awesome kitteh mass manufacturer! ;)
