No, he means the internet. If you don't know what that means I imagine you're still running internet 1.0 rather than v2.0 upwards. Bad times. Speak to whoever sorts out your PC, or else Google it mate. You need to upgrade!

As for the OP, I've had this once or twice on Firefox and Safari the last day or two, and it's run slow a few times. Nothing major.
