yeah but when Veron plays bad....he plays BAD.

and is not worth a place even on the bench when in that type of form. I dont see any reason why any player should be sold really. We need to improve the squad with at least another top quality striker and perhaps another left winger for quality cover for Giggsy.

Forget cover for Giggs, replace the guy!!! He's been completely off the boil for about 4 years now. People have figured out how to play against him now and he doesn't know what to do about it. Until he does, I don't reckon he should be played.

Giggs is one of the few Man U players comfatable using his left foot and is one of the last true wingers in the game.

He is exceptional on European nights and adds balance to the team.

I wonder what effect Keane has on some of the players - are they afraid to make a mistake in case they incur his wrath out on the pitch or in the dressing room later, so they don't relax and play at their best?

It just seems Veron has relaxed and improved now he's not playing with Keane.

Keane's quality as a player isn't in question but I wonder if his overall influence on the team nowadays is totally positive, especially in light of all the controversy a while back.
