Use a microfiber cloth dampened with a few drops of distilled water. If that doesn’t work, try a tiny amount of isopropyl alcohol (70% or higher) on the cloth, never spray directly onto the screen. Gently wipe in one direction without pressing hard. Let it dry before turning the monitor back on. cheers
