Olympic Athletics

That's only because they're being retarded and deliberately holding back on the good events so that they can show them at prime time over there. They did the same for the opening ceremony.

I was listening to the giant bombcast (gaming podcast) the other day and they were talking about how loads of American forums are full of people talking about using vpns and whatnot to watch the bbc iplayer because the American coverage is just so bad.

Can't blame them. We get ALL the sports live, and can watch them back whenever we want, and they're stuck with what sounds like some horrible single-channel coverage.

Poor Tyson Gay. He showed some real class to do that interview. My heart went out to him. Hopefully Gatlin will fail another test and Gay can get that medal.

An impressive time by Bolt and indeed for all the rest of the field that wasn't injured to finish in under 10 seconds is amazing yet it didn't have quite the same wow factor as I thought it would. It's odd when such an impressive time looks a bit routine but that's the way it seemed.

Congratulations to Christine Ohoruogu on her silver in the 400m, she really does save her best performances for major championships.
