Has the track with the tunnel been used yet? Can't see any runs with that one included on the current BBC live coverage where you can go back in time to previous runs.

Not for the races, but it was used for the time trial yesterday.

How long has it been in the summer olympics?

It made its debut at the last Olympics.

They went with it over 4X, which is the same format of racing, but on bigger mountain bikes. BMX's are without a doubt the best bikes for watching aerial tricks on, but I still think they look a little funny in racing due to the size, compared to 4X. Still, great to see them in the Olympics.

I'm surprised there aren't any skateboarding/inline/bmx tricks competitions in the olympics considering you get half pipe in the winter olympics. I think it would be pretty popular.

Women's course, they ran yesterday for seeding actually. It looked more fun than the men's course.

Child of the 80's, remember when bmx racing was on prime time tele, rocks as much today as it did then.
