I've gotta say, I'm not usual a fan of these opening ceremonies, but this has been pretty darned good. I've been more than impressed by it and the olympic rings bt was majestic. Danny Boyle has really pulled this one off well. Nice job.

Seems as though the majority of people are saying the opening ceremony was rubbish. I actually really enjoyed it, i cant see what they could have done differently to make it better. Only negative for me was the ott multiculturalism pushing.

Was the Beijing OS really that much better? Firefox keeps crashing every time i try to go on youtube so cant watch it.
