Right, rushing back from Dorney after a brilliant morning! Pics to follow!
The men's eight was so tense!
Effectively lost silver trying to get gold but I'd rather go down fighting knowing I had done everything I could for the win.
Considering the German team are undefeated in three years and the Canadians were defending Olympic champions, third place is a fantastic effort!

Were Helen Glover and Heather Stanning the same girls that were miles ahead and came first in a heat on monday or were there more than one rowing pair for GB? Reason I ask is that I didn't really recognise their faces today but I guess they must be the same girls? Brilliant job though getting gold!

What a semi-final, thought we were gonna be low in the placing for a few minutes there
Great to see GB through to the final but the Aussies are still going to be tough to beat in the final.
