Well technically the only war America has entered under Obama/Clinton was Libya with a U.N resolution backing.

Prior to that Afghanistan and Iraq was George W Bush.

Assad would suggest differently. Libya whilst Clinton was SOS and made the suggestion to overthrow Gaddafi and left Libya in an absolute mess? Clinton is just as much as a headcase.
