Had a drink last night and it's pretty much ruined Sunday.
I think I need to climb on board.
I have had a heavier than usual weekend. Today, I have felt terrible. Feel terribly depressed. I know it's the alcohol as I don't suffer from depression and alcohol is a natural depressive.
No appetite either. Fighting an urge to drink again to take the feeling away, but that just leads to a vicious circle. I think I might just have a light supper, climb into bed, watch some TV and get a decent nights sleep.
How is everyone doing?
Just hope you don't hit it hard when Ireland take you lot apart....
almost forgot about this
I don't like rugby....

Nice one, best of luck mateWell I'm back on the wagon as of last Monday. I'm going for the lent abstinence at least. Although I may have to give up for longer.
