Yeah if I take a single day out I find it twice as difficult to do the same routine again. But yeah in the past I couldn't do 125 so it's still an improvement, definitely recommend giving it a go
At the beginning of training they didn't care, but at the end you had to be able to pass the fitness test, which is 20 in one minute. Not the most challenging of tests.
Ah you fly boys.... I'm at 50/1 and a half minutes at the moment but thats all I need to be at. I'm sure if I get through main board it will increase as the Army love pushups for some odd reason.
