asian call centre but one of the ones where even though you can understand them they cant understand yourself no matter how slow you speak or calm you remain


god knows why they removed the cancel option from the website/console ! was effortless when i cancelled years ago

I called them to cancel my original Gold subscription and they were fine.

Just managed to do it again twice by using another IP Address

I don't know whether this is old news but if you ring up to cancel your subscritption and state the reason you want to leave is because it's much easier to buy a yearly subscription from a store or online they actually offer you a deal of £23.99 for 12 months. They've offered it to both me and my brother now.
