Just checked, you can buy the back plates, but you can only buy them if you're buying the phone as well. So the back plates are invite only as well in that sense.

There are a fair few indian guys on Youtube that have had the phone for a while. They said the phone does get hot but nothing alarming and it doesn't affect performance. No touchscreen issues mentioned either.

Let's see what the big YT channels make of it.

My issue with OnePlus is that they treat their customers like idiots despite simultaneously marketing their devices to the tech community, who make up the majority of their customers.

Quite, and it's pretty ridiculous given the customer loyalty they could have if they did things properly.

Now every comments section on tech news sites about them is full of people complaining about how pants OPO are.

The iPhone's circular button lends itself better to the finger.

Pretty good seeing theres no over heating issue, for those on a budget this is an excellent device for the money. The 1+ was excellent minus the yellow banding and ghost touches in my experience.

What a silly test. Why didn't run some benchmark apps then he would have seen the throttling.

Most phones went with the SD 808. But knowing 1+ they will just down clock the chipset again and again.

I'm not moaning and I haven't seen a 1+2 tested with a benchmark program.
Opps sorry there was one but when asked what speed the chipset was he refused to answer.
After having a 1+ phone I know how 1+ works

Oneplus 1 was awesome, despite yellow screens on a handful of devices.

Hopefully the same with be true with the one+ 2 and the USB Type-C trouble.

Waiting on mine from China, if its gash it'll hit the bay quicktime
