Got a "Dispatched" email last night at 2 am and I received the phone this morning at 8:30am. That is 2 days from claiming the invite and ordering it. Very impressed with the phone, considering the price, it's a bargain!

Exactly the same with me... except that our post comes a bit later than yours!

I only went for Standard Delivery, as I assume you did also if it was delivered by Royal Mail, and I can't really see how it could have come any sooner on 'Expedited' or whatever they call it, especially as I ordered it on a Sunday.

I haven't even opened the package yet, but will be doing so very shortly!

Just download it from XDA and install it, no root / custom recovery I just booted into normal recovery and installed the file direct.
