I've been using this tempered glass screen protector for a couple of days and I'm very pleased with it.

The cut-outs are perfect and the fit is brilliant!

Yep, although I'd always say get it direct from a manufacturer with another brand of phone with this you probably get the same level of customer support buying from a random eBay trader as OnePlus themselves.

I'm curious, what are Oppo (who, let's be honest, are OnePlus' owner) like support-wise? I'm just trying to figure out where the low standards emerge from.

Yes indeed... and if you received your tracking number in the early hours of this morning it is possible that your new phone will actually be delivered today. That is what a lot of folk (myself included!) have found.

I contacted them via their website a few days ago and they finally reply today saying sorry for the delay and the phone has been dispatched now... after I've decided to cancel it. No explanation as to why the order was just stuck on 'processing' for over a week even though the money was taken.

I honestly think you're criticism of them is a bit OTT given when you've placed the order and the number of actual working days since

I probably wouldn't have minded too much except for the fact that people who were ordering after me, were receiving theirs!

Also, they themselves don't know why the order was stuck on 'processing' for a week, I think the fact I chased it up with them pushed it into the dispatched stage.

Quick question for anyone who has recently opened the retail box, the spec page on the oneplus site says it contains an additional simtray for nano sims, some people in this very thread have complimented oneplus on doing this, others have asked where it is as they haven't found theirs, so can anyone confirm if it does contain an additional sim tray for nano sims?
