I had the fortune of having a phone with a kevlar back previously. It was flat backed but rounded at the back/side meet point
A new back for this could easily make this possible .it would make the phone thicker but that is fine
Ib have this with me at work today. Im also noticing signal isn't as good as my old phone. This could be quite a problem. I have seen this mentioned elsewhere. Writing this I have zero signal. Old phone had 1 bar.
I really like the phone and really want to keep it
Yeah, I was thinking this. Also, whether they take the money out upon ordering or when it has been dispatched/delivered.
Any one know what the price is for the One+One?
UK people seem to pay £269, whereas the dollar price is $349 which is just over £200...
If it's £269, I might just pay extra to get it from alliexpress instead of waiting for an invite, if it was the latter, then I can definitely wait
The 64gb model works out around £300 Ish on aliexpress.
The $349 would be without tax I'd imagine.
64gb uk £269 also doesn't include delivery.
Phew! mine has now turned up due to luck and good nature. Turns out they didnt put my workplace on the address label even though I have it in my delivery address on my account. Instead they put my mobile number and no one thought to ring it even though its been back the depot and out for delivery again. Just lucky a neighboring workplace sent it back to royal mail with a note to try my work.
Anyway, phone looks great, very fast, seems pretty huge coming from a Nexus 4. The back has a strange gritty feel to it. I forgot about the yellow banding issue so im trying to see it and I think its there,very hard to see unless you were told about it really.

That's what I thought about the yellow. Non issue
Yep a longer wait if you preorder...I ordered the in stock item on Fri and it was delivered on Tues. Not bad at all.
Yes Mate the yellow band is fading away with use and isn't as noticeable as before.
Went for the 64GB version and it came installed with CM11s.
There's a link from one my posts a page back. Check it out the seller's really reliable and speedy too.
It's a good alternative to get the phone this way if invites aren't forthcoming.
I found out they only sell the Chinese version, which most sellers in AliExpress seem to have too. Apparently the only difference to the International version is the CM logo at the back
Me too, have had the GS3 for a year and 7 months now.
Might just place an order for the pre-order stock as Im not in a hurry.
