OnePlus One.

They differ this has a Snapdragon 801 and 1080p screen, the N6 SD 805 and QHD. I will say though QHD doesn't make that much difference having a LG G3 now.

I specifically avoided the g3 due to screen. Otherwise may have got it

I have both. The Oneplus One is definitely a much better phone but I still use the HTC more because of size reasons... The Oneplus One doesn't fit comfortably in the front pocket of my jeans!

This fits my current issue. My HTC One (M7) has numerous issues that I'll hopefully get fixed under warranty, but I want to change my phone.
I was waiting for the Nexus 6 but its simply way too big, the OnePlus One is also on my list though I think it's still a bit too big, the 2014 Moto X seems to be one of the few options that are a sensible size and doesn't have a ton of bloatware/crap ui.

It's hard to resist the value of the OnePlus though.

I was considering getting the oneplus one but it doesn't support band 20 4g, don't use 4g at the moment but it limits the use in the future. Which is a shame as the price is really great.

Is that what we use in the UK then, band 20? Or a specific network?

The only 4G you can get on this phone is from EE all bands and a select few on Three UK. Just not all. All the rest aren't compatible. This phone was the reason I moved to three and then in the end bloody sold it.

Ah, thanks. Pretty much useless as a "future" phone for me then... I'm on O2 and not leaving because I use their music venue pre-sales a lot! :)

Select few? All of 3's current 4G network is band 3.

I'm on three, I get 4G in my town with my G2. Which is good enough for me!

My phone has not been sent yet though! grrr

Also it seems on the oneplus website they have release pre orders starting Monday 27th.

I've had plenty of 4G with this phone on 3, tbh their 4G network isn't all that yet anyway. IMO its not a deal breaker just yet. I'll probably have a new phone by the time it would be an issue. :)

E: I dont know how much of their network is band 20 and how much isn't, but I'd be interested to know if there is a way.

Wrong Three are pushing out 4G on the 800mhz frequency aka Band 20. Which it won't be compatible with, however the band 3 will still work as normal.

My new phone has turned up. It's got 25R installed and I can get 10 fingers showing.
No yellow what so ever and the GPS works a treat with Sygic. And I get a much better signal inside my place now.

Everything works as it should, so I'm happy :)
