Ordered Thursday afternoon, got DHL text on Saturday morning, arrived today. From the sounds of it a lot of people who ordered on Thursday got them yesterday though.
Pretty smooth experience all in all, from registering interest to getting the device in my hands. Really don't see a problem with the invite system this time around, seems they have learnt from the past.
This, but I got mine yesterday (Monday 9th Nov).

This phone is VERY smooth. Smoother than the LG G4 and Samsung Galaxy S6 for sure.
Using mine since Saturday and barring a couple of settings missing it's not bad. I've got a spare invite if anyone is interested.
Battery life I would say isn't as good as the One, can't compare it against a Two (yet), but being a smaller battery I'd expect less life.

Does it come with a factory fitted screen protector? Its something I wish they all came with as they are a right pain to fit.

From other peoples posts when its processing it will just arrive, most haven't had emails or sms to say its being delivered by DHL.
It does but it seems it doesn't fill the whole screen. If you get a tempered glass screen protector they are very easy to fit, not fiddly and no issues with bubbles.
Give it another day or 2. I ordered on 5th last week, only just had DHL text this morning saying it's out for delivery.ordered on 6th, still showing as processing..

Same here with applying for an invite for the X, I applied for mine nearly a week ago and still nothing has arrived my end.

Some people reported when they first started rolling out the invites that they could be shared out and it worked for them people, however by the look of it OnePlus last week stopped the ability to do so as another kind gentleman on here shared one out to me the other night and it wouldn't work
