Ongoing overclock - need help *Will be edited*

its ok, yes that was a typo sorry, it was 3600 :)
I cant see it being the ram as its memtest 2x and 100% error free

I have raised my cpu to 3.6 and had it orthos stable so i cant see how 3.4 is at its limits
 
Indeed if it's Orthos stable at 3600 something else has got to be causing the blend error.

Your memory seems to be fine.

It must be your Northbridge as the blend test does stress the link between the RAM and CPU.

Get some software that can read motherboard temperature probes. I think speedfan can read them but I dont know how acurate it is, accurate enough I should imagine. Everest it's often recommend but is not free.

Check the temps of everything, then start giving the MCH some more volts and see if that helps your blend, watch the MB temps though :)
 
I'm not sure what a comfortable NB temp is I'm afraid, I will probably find out on Wednesday :D

Have a go with speedfan first it should at least give you a rough idea and is free :)
