HSBC's is crap (on Android at least), it's slow, clunky and looks like it was designed in 2009.

100% this, although it works... it's terrible.
I was tempted to move bank, purely because the APP is that bad.

Natwest have the most unreliable internet banking going. So many failures leaving people with no money.

You seem to be the 1%.

I've been using their app since it first came out and had absolutely no issues with it whatsoever, all of the updates they've done have proven very useful too.

Edit: And just incase you're referring to their browser based online banking then I'm still in the same boat - no issues whatsoever.

To OP:

Some transactions take a few days to get onto the system, even taking money out of an ATM for example, so don't worry if it hasn't shown up for a few days. Some things show up instantly, some don't. Nature of the beast that is 'Online Banking' I guess. But yeah, as above, I haven't had a single issue with the app.

If it makes any difference, everyone I know who uses it has an iPhone (as do I) and they too are in the same boat having had no issues (I've set up a few other people's accounts who are now using the app with ease).

The Santander app seems really good. It takes around 3 seconds to get logged in and can manage everything I need to.
