Halifax are pretty good.

DON'T GO WITH BARCLAYS. i have natwest business, hsbc personal and barclays personal in imo it's the worst for online banking, with pretty much the main reason being that you need the card reader just to log in, which means you can't check your balance when out and about. finding it to be an absolute pain as i'm often not with the card reader, or if i am i then need to go find my wallet, take out the card and do all the silly number things to just log in, then remember to put it back etc.
