No because, the prices to buy decent players from computer is inflated extremely. For example Ronaldhino worth 25mil roughly, will cost 45mil.

So getting good players from teams in your league at these prices is better than you'd pay for a scouted player.

My prices are reasonable, expect to add another 10mil if you buy from scout/computer.

Now i just need cesc and theo to hurry up with their training. Theo's at 88/20 - 17yrs old from 82 or something I think and cesc is up to 89/94 and is only 19 also.

They are going to destroy completely in a week or two

What tactics you using?

Pretty much happy with my team now

Sold most of the rubbish, and think Ive bought fairly wisely

Well i've bought one player, went to buy my second and someones taken him!

Now i'm not sure what to do.

At the start i went 4-4-2 but lost 2 - 0 at home to Man City.

So i changed to 5-4-1 with my new signing Robbie Keane upfront, and lost again.

I know my defense is awful but i only have like 5 million left.

Any advice?

4-4-2 / 4-3-3 / 5-2-3 are my always reccomended ones.

with the first two, always play wide or passing game.

5-2-3 long ball.

Once i get a little more money i can strengthen my defense.

And get new midfielder

I didn't say that formation, it can be good. But if you use it agaisnt a good opponent like chelsea/man utd it won't work well, as you need players better or as good as opponent.

I strongly think you shouldn't play 5-4-1

My reason being i made the league, and i've played before

I have the expierence, i have given advice to people and look, charlton and sunderland are pulling their weight and had some good results.

playing a defensive formation with absolutely no attacking options gives you two scenarios:

Draw
Lose

Play defensive with attacking options

5-2-3 being my favourite played with a long ball tactic.

best formations are 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 good defense and good attacking.

3-4-3 for all out attacking, but is hard to play well unless your team is strong agaisnt opponent.

You got to remember it's not a complex engine. And it's real to a certain extent. You just need to learn how to use the tactics properly.

How to train up your squad, who to sell, who to buy.

The big teams aren't always at the top and winning the leagues, just for us, i know what im doing so big chance i'm gonna be top and win.

The games good fun, doesn't take a lot of your time, it's basic.. thats whats good about it.

I've not played many good teams yet really. Theres big chances of draws, and it's always possible to lose.

I'd still be top with a lower team

This season is a learning curve, season two will be good, you will all be pro's!

Yes definately that is the good thing about the English league, although i'm Scottish so not great knowledge But i know enough as i like football

Spanish league is good, French i found boring and the Scottish i'm liking but it's too small for all of us.

There is the new Fantasy league which could be good, 200mil to spend on a squad of you're choice.
