Before I would have said to be stable it would have to be Prime stable, but with the whole Prime / Wini thing that would be unfair. So I would take 32mb PI as stable np. But I'm not botherd about stable. i want the max mhz before things fry!

240 fsb eh. I only got up to 235fsb, but that was with tight timings. Have you done the volt mod?

I wouldn't bother with the DFI as you will need volt mods to go above 2v. The only advantage of the DFI is 10fsb.
