was at the folks house and came across my misc bits box :)

anyone remember Power VR cards??????

was almost tempted to bring an old scsi array back with me too, a pair of 2gig ibm scsi drives with pci controller. lush :)(its either that or a new raptorX


then the best of the bunch my old amiga cd 32 and a copy of sensi soccer, needless to say the rest of the day was wasted.
 
Power VR were the flop of 3d cards weren't they?
I was expecting the box to be full of collector cards - like teenage mutant hero turtles - the ones that came with bubble gum that made the cards all powdery dusty (and smell nice). Or POGs, or any of the other 80s and 90s crazes...
Wasnt expecting a box of hard drives :(
anti-climax... :( Keep looking for other stuff!
 
lol also found a pair of Voodoo 2 cards as well ah those were the days :) stick your sli where the sun dont shine 3dfx was the daddy lol.

add to that a few dozen non interesting P2's/P3's a few dozen original pentiums theres also a very original and very retro spectrum 128k +2 up in the loft too

well i broke the spectrum out yesterday got peed off with the load times and downloaded an emulator instead :)
